Bourke Property Management was established in 2007 by Susan and her son Ian. Susan had previously been practising physiotherapy for many years in Sligo and Ian had just finished college where he did a degree in Business Studies with Management. We felt there was a market for a property management company based in Sligo for local properties and we were immediately retained to manage a new multi unit development.
While doing this we met many Landlords who didn’t have the time to manage their properties and as a result our letting agency grew to facilitate this gap in the market.
In 2011/ 2012 we have branched out into managing housing developments for the owners while still continuing to grow our apartment complex management portfolio and our lettings agency.
