BODYTRIM CLUB POLICIES

GENERAL:

• All customers are required to cooperate with staff, especially with regard to safety, gym tidiness and hygiene.


• Respect for others is vital.

USE OF GYM:

• For hygiene reasons, hand-towels are required.


• Weights/Machines: Use of weights can be dangerous if not performed safely and in a safe environment. Customers are required to tidy up as they train, not just at the end of their session. Loud grunting or shouting is not permitted. Bars must be unloaded evenly. Collars should be used on bars when necessary. Please do not throw weights on floor. Groups of more than 2 are not permitted on machines as this congests gym.


• All customers must stop training at least 10 minutes before closing time to facilitate clean-up.


• Only clients over 16yrs allowed in weights room.


• Anti-Drugs Policy: Bodytrim has a very strict anti-drugs policy. We cannot have any tolerance in this area. Any customer found guilty of any drugs offence or banned by any sporting body for use of illegal substances shall receive a lifetime ban from all Bodytrim Fitness Centres.


• Medical Approval: Medical approval is required in cases of stroke, heart disease, pregnancy and as specified by the club.
